How we handle the information you share with us when you enquire about roofing or property maintenance work.
Enquiries made through this page
The enquiry form on this page does not store your details on a website database and does not email them. When you submit the form, WhatsApp opens on your device with your name, postcode, phone number and the service you selected ready to send. Nothing reaches SLJ Property Services until you press Send in WhatsApp. Your details are then held in that WhatsApp conversation and used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the work.
Calling and emailing
If you call or email using the links on this page, your call or message is handled through your own phone or email provider. We keep the contact details and correspondence needed to quote for and carry out work.
Website analytics and advertising
This page may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including those provided by Meta, so we can understand how our advertising performs. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record things such as page views and button clicks. Campaign information in the page address may be retained for attribution. We do not use these tools to identify you personally.
How long information is kept
Enquiry details and job records are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, complete any agreed work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also stop an enquiry at any point simply by not sending the WhatsApp message.
